A$AP Rocky Wears Kilts, Reps Hood By Air In ‘Long Live A$AP’ Music Video

Uh oh, KanyeA$AP Rocky’s creeping on your kilt game! Just this morning the rapper dropped the new video for “Long Live A$AP,” the title track off his forthcoming album. And yep, he’s wearing some slick bottoms throughout the clip that are decidedly NOT pants….and we’re not mad about it, either. The kilts are just a few of several outfits A$AP rocks in the majestic black-and-white vid, where he spends much of his time chilling on the throne, golden grin and all. These royal references and creepy castle setting kind ofremind us of his King Arthur-themed shoot a while back for Complexbut before we even go there, we’ve GOTTA break down the clothes! So let’s do this…

About 90% of the outfits the rapper sports in the video are by Hood by Air. Helmed by Shayne Oliver and Raul Lopez, Hood by Air is a New York streetwear label that also counts fellow fashionistos like Le1F as fans. It might be tough to cop the Paramount Classics top (which rolled out earlier this year) as well as the “H” tee from the SS13 collection, but as for that “Sleaze Please” tank? You can nab that for yourself right this second over at VFiles.

A$AP’s pair of Ewing 33 hi-tops might be physical proof that this guy is on the fast track to domination come January 15. But if you ask us, we don’t even NEED to wait for the album— the royal reign of A$AP has already begun.
