Just in time to answer all of our burning spring beauty questions, Glamour has launched a new digital-only beauty platform: Lipstick. Run by Glamour’s current beauty staff and a host of other guest editors–like supermodels Coco Rocha and Chanel Iman–the site will be the new online destination for all of Glamour’s beauty content and then some.
Billed as a site that relates to how beauty affects your actual life–ie: no wind machines and makeup artists–Lipstick promises to be a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. From quick haircut inspiration to the secrets of real French beauty, the Lipstick ladies are making sure all the bases are covered in the beauty world.
Lipstick is Conde Nast’s first digital spin-off, and they’ve been sitting on the URL for 15 years but wanted to wait for the right moment to use it, reports Women’s Wear Daily. And with the rise of native advertising opportunities, plus a chance to implement more sponsored beauty posts–that moment was now.
The site already has a ton of content up, with more going live by the hour.
