Singer Keyshia Cole is being sued for $150,000 by a former landlord according to TMZ reports.

The R&B singer is being sued by her former landlord for allegedly trashing her Santa Monica home after being evicted. According to the landlord Cole was evicted after falling behind $19,000 in back rent.

The singer is accused of damaging walls and ceilings, the floor, and destroyed door frames, according TMZ reports.

The landlord is seeking $150,000 for the damages and also unspecified amounts for emotional distress.
