Dr. Arnold Klein, the former dermatologist of the late ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson and rumored biological father of Prince Michael Jackson, currently has a warrant out for his arrest.
The doctor recently filed for bankruptcy, however he failed to turn over some artwork and a 2001 Ferrari Spider to the bankruptcy trustee. The judge has since ruled that Klein be arrested by U.S. Marshals. In order to avoid jail time, Klein is being ordered to immediately hand over his expensive property, which includes artwork by Andy Warhol, Renoir and Toulouse-Lautrec.
Ever since Jackson died in 2009, many questions have been asked as it relates to the relationship the music icon had with his dermatologist. According to reports, Klein injected Jackson with Demerol many times before he died. The doctor also reportedly used multiple aliases for Jackson when prescribing him medication.
In other related news, Conrad Murray, Jackson’s former personal doctor who is currently serving jail time for involuntary manslaughter in his death, is making the headlines again. TMZ reports that the disgraced doctor is set to testify in Katherine Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit against AEG.
After Jackson died, Murray made an appearance in a documentary in which he stated an AEG exec told him that Jackson was on “death skid row.” The exec also said, “If he doesn’t get the show done he’s over.”
Katherine Jackson is hoping that Murray’s statements will prove to a jury that AEG was reckless with the late pop stars life. She is also hoping to prove that the hiring of Murray was further proof of their negligence. It was Murray’s lethal and final injections of the anesthetic Propofol that ultimately led to the music icon’s death.
Murray will take the stand in the AEG trial in March.
